(Kansas City, MO)  --  Felix Hernandez was removed after one inning in the Mariners' 13-5 victory over the Royals in Kansas City.  The club says Hernandez was feeling ill on the mound and had "virus-like symptoms."  Hernandez was starting on his 33rd birthday and gave up two runs on three hits in the first inning.
