(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers will host the Thunder Tuesday for Game Five of the Western Conference playoffs.  Portland is riding high after stealing Game Four in Oklahoma City 111-98 last night.  CJ McCollum led the Blazers with 27 points, while Damian Lillard added 24 points.  Portland leads the series 3-to-1 and can close out the series with a win at home Tuesday.
