(Eugene, OR) -- Four-star ball-carrier Tirek Murphy Jr. visited Oregon to view the spring game and has made no secret that he was anything short of impressed. The 6-foot, 220-pound bruiser out of Christ The King Regional in Middle Village, New York, says he built a strong relationship with coach Jim Mastro during the visit with his mother. From the beginning of his trip to the end, Murphy said, he felt like a priority. Ranked 22nd in the nation as a running back, Murphy is also being pursued by Arizona State, LSU, Michigan, and Notre Dame, among others.
