(Portland, OR)  --  Portland will host Oklahoma City tonight in Game Five of the Western Conference playoffs.  The Trail Blazers are a win away from advancing after taking Game Four 111-98 Sunday in Oklahoma City.  The Blazers lead the series 3-to-1 and can close it out with a win tonight.  A Game Six would be Thursday back in OKC.
