(San Diego, CA)  --  The Mariners managed just two hits in a 1-0 loss to the Padres in San Diego.  Felix Hernandez allowed just three hits and one run in seven innings, but took the tough-luck loss.  Ian Kinsler homered for the game's only run, while Chris Paddack got the win for the Friars.  Daniel Vogelbach and Domingo Santana had hits for Seattle.
