NCAA Changes Rules For Blind-Side Blocks

(Undated)  --  The NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel approved a change to the rule pertaining to blind-side blocks this week.  Players will no longer be allowed to deliver blind-side blocks by attacking an opponent with forcible contact.  Violation of the renovated rule will result in a 15-yard personal foul penalty.
