(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers will travel to Denver today to face the Nuggets in the Western Conference Semifinals.  Portland is riding high after a dramatic series end against Oklahoma City.  Damian Lillard drained a near halfcourt 3-pointer at the buzzer of Game 5 to give the Blazers a 118-115 win and eliminate the Thunder.  The Denver Nuggets just finished a grueling, hard-fought series against the San Antonio Spurs.
