(Denver, CO)  --  Damian Lillard scored 22 points to lead the Trail Blazers as they were blown out by the Nuggets 124-98 in Game Five of the Western Conference Semifinals.  Zach Collins and Rodney Hood added 14 points each off the bench for Portland in the loss.  The Nuggets lead the series 3-2.
