(Everett, WA)  --  Natasha Howard and Mercedes Russell scored 15 points apiece, but it wasn't enough as the Storm fell to the Mercury 87-84 in their first preseason game.  Jordin Canada added 13 points for Seattle in the loss.  The Storm will visit the Sparks in Los Angeles for the final game of the preseason tomorrow.
