(Seattle, WA)  --  The Storm are gearing up for their season opener against the Mercury Saturday at Alaska Airlines Arena.  The defending champs will be without stars Breanna Stewart and Sue Bird as they'll both miss the season with injuries.  Seattle is hoping to start off on a positive note after falling to Phoenix in the first game of the preseason.
