(Portland, OR)  --  Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard is on the All-NBA Second Team.  It's the fourth time in seven years Lillard has been chosen for All-NBA.  He joins Clyde Drexler as the only players in the history of the franchise to be named four times.  Lillard led Portland to the Western Conference finals for the first time in 19 years.
