(Portland, OR) -- The Timbers will host first-place LAFC for the grand re-opening of Providence Park Saturday. Over the last two years, Portland poured $85 million into expanding and upgrading Providence Park, adding 4,000 new seats and three new levels to a completely remodeled east side of the stadium. The Timbers will look to continue their win streak after defeating Philadelphia Union 3-1. Portland holds 10th place in the West at 4-6-and-2 with 14 points on the season.
