(Corvallis, OR)  --  Oregon State football coach Jonathan Smith has returned to Twitter after a 238-day public absence.  Last month, Smith drew criticism for his comments to The Oregonian/OregonLive regarding his use of social media on the recruiting trail.  The second-year head coach addressed his own comments admitting that he may need to evolve.
