(Portland, OR)  --  Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is being honored with the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award.  The award named after the former commissioner recognizes the player, coach or trainer that shows outstanding service and dedication to the community.  Lillard's RESPECT program has helped show the value of education and has impacted the lives of many students.
