(Portland, OR)  --  The Timbers are gearing up to host the LA Galaxy in the US Open Cup tomorrow in the round of 16  at Providence Park.  Portland advanced by beating the Seattle Sounders 2-1 last week.  The Timbers will resume MLS action Saturday when they host the Houston Dynamo.
