(Brooklyn, NY)  --  Elite college basketball players across the nation will be dressing to the nines for the 2019 NBA Draft on Thursday in Brooklyn.  The Portland Trail Blazers have the 25th pick in the first round, but do not have a second round pick.  Duke's Zion Williamson is expected to be the top overall pick.
