(Portland, OR)  --  The Timbers shut out the LA Galaxy 4-nil in round of 16 in the US Open Cup.  Perry Kitchen, Brian Fernandez, Sebastian Blanco, and Jorge Moreira scored a goal each for Portland in their impressive win over the second placed Los Angeles.  The Timbers resume MLS action Saturday as they'll host the Houston Dynamo.
