(Eugene, OR)  --  Three-star offensive lineman Marcus Harper is officially committed to the Ducks.  The 6-foot-4, 290-pound interior lineman chose Oregon over offers from Iowa State and Purdue.  Harper is the Ducks' second offensive line pledge for the Class of 2020, joining 6-foot-7, 390-pound Hawaiian tackle Faaope Laloulu.
