(St. Paul, MN)  --  Ethan Finlay buried a penalty kick in the second minute of stoppage time in the second half as the Timbers fell to Minnesota United at Allianz Stadium in St. Paul.  Portland defender Larrys Mabiala was called for a handball after a late corner by the Loons.  Initially there was no call, but video review determined otherwise.  The Tims are in eighth place in the West with 31 points through 22 matches.  United is up to second with 38 points through 23.
