Wagner Has "Procedure," Expected to be Ready For Second Preseason Game

(Renton, WA)  --  A pair of Seahawks were absent from practice Monday, and both will miss some time.  Bobby Wagner had "a little procedure" on his "lower body" as head coach Pete Carroll put it, which turned out to be a platelet-rich plasma therapy for his leg on the team's off-day Sunday.  Carroll said he Wagner should be ready for the team's second preseason game against the Vikings August 18th.  Wagner signed a three-year, 54-million-dollar contract extension just 11 days ago.  Ed Dickson will require knee surgery that could hold him out for up to six weeks.  Carroll downplayed the operation, saying it is "very minor."  The Hawks will welcome the Broncos to CenturyLink Field Thursday night.
