(Corvallis, OR)  --  The Beavers have a newcomer to practice whose traveled a long way to be in Corvallis.  Jake Scarton is now with Oregon State after transferring from Pitt.  The redshirt sophomore is considered a walk-on and is immediately eligible.  Scarton was the backup kicker headed into preseason camp with the Panthers.
