Oregon Freshman Receiver, Out With Shoulder Injury

(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon's wide receiver corps is suffering its third blow of the preseason.  Mycah Pittman, the top performing freshman who landed hard on his right shoulder during Oregon's second fall scrimmage, is out 6-8 weeks.  Jaylon Redd is expected to start at slot and Pittman was backing him up.  Pittman's injury is the third significant injury to a Ducks receiver this preseason, with starter Brenden Schooler suffering a right foot injury and freshman JR Waters also having right foot surgery that will sideline him 4-6 weeks.
