US Women Top Portugal in Friendly

(St. Paul, MN)  --  Carli Lloyd scored twice as the United States' Women's National Team cruised to a 3-nil victory over Portugal in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Portland Thorns' midfielder Lindsey Horan netted a header in the 83rd minute to seal the game.  The win was Jill Ellis' 105th as head of the team, tying her with Tony DiCicco, who ran the team from 1994 to 99.  At 105-7-and-18, she has just two more matches as head coach before stepping down in October.  The US beat Portugal 4-0 Thursday night in Philadelphia.
