(Everett, WA)  --  Natasha Howard is the WNBA's 2019 Defensive MVP.  She led the league with 74 steals while ranking third in blocks with 1.7 per game and sixth in rebounds with 8.6 per game.  She knocks off two-time defending Defensive MVP Alana Beard.  She will receive her award before the Storm take on the Minnesota Lynx tonight in a playoff elimination game.  Both teams finished the season at 18-and-16.
