(Portland, OR)  --  The Blazers will kick off the pre-season tomorrow night when they host the Nuggets at the Moda Center.  Both Zach Collins and Hassan Whiteside are listed as day-to-day for Portland.  The team announced Saturday it won't be following the new league trend of "load management," as CJ McCollum said the team can't afford any nights off in pursuit of the playoffs.
