(Portland, OR)  --  The Blazers will tip off the preseason tonight when they host the Nuggets at Veterans Memorial Coliseum at 7:30 on KBND.  Zach Collins and Hassan Whiteside returned to practice and expected to play against Denver.  The team announced Saturday it won't be following the new league trend of "load management," as CJ McCollum said the team can't afford any nights off in pursuit of the playoffs.
