McCollum poured in 28 points as the Trail Blazers topped the Jazz 126-118 in Salt Lake City last night.  Damian Lillard posted 25 points as Portland improved to 2-and-2 in preseason play.  Hassan Whiteside contributed five points and 11 rebounds in 16 minutes before leaving the game with an ankle injury.
