(Renton, WA)  --  Ziggy Ansah has turned a corner physically.  At least that's what head coach Pete Carroll thinks.  The Seahawks' big-ticket offseason acquisition had one-and-a-half sacks and a forced fumble Sunday against the Eagles on 37 defensive snaps.  Carroll said it's the strongest and heaviest Ansah's been since he's been here.  The 'Hawks will host the Vikings on Monday Night Football this week.
