(Portland, OR) -- Trail Blazers forward Carmelo Anthony is the Western Conference Player of the Week. Anthony averaged 22.3 points and 7.7 rebounds for Portland, which went 3-and-0 last week. Anthony has been with the Blazers for less than a month after having not played in an NBA game since last November. The 35-year-old had not been named Player of the Week since 2014 with the New York Knicks.
