(Renton, WA)  --  The Seahawks continue to prep for their big NFC West showdown with the Rams in Los Angeles on Sunday.  Seattle is 10-and-2 on the season and is first in the NFC West.  These two teams met earlier this season in Seattle, where the Seahawks pulled out a 30-29 win.
