(Undated)  --  The XFL announced several rules publicly Tuesday designed to keep the game going.  Among the rules, the league will have options for extra points worth one, two or three points. It will allow double forward passes behind the line of scrimmage.  Halftime will only be 10 minutes, each team will only have two timeouts, receivers will only need one foot in bounds for a catch, and the clock won't stop on out of bounds or incomplete passes.
