(Toronto, Ontario)  --  Carmelo Anthony made a 17-footer with 4.1 seconds remaining to give the Trail Blazers the 101-99 win over the Raptors in Toronto.  Anthony finished with a team-high 28 points while Damian Lillard had 20.  Hassan Whiteside had 14 points, 16 rebounds and seven blocks in the win, Portland's second in three games.  They'll wrap up their road trip tomorrow when they visit Timberwolves in Minnesota.
