(New York, NY)  --  The latest NBA All-Star Game vote totals have been released.  Damian Lillard is third among Western Conference guards with close to 700-thousand votes.  Carmelo Anthony is eighth among frontcourt players with just a shade over 520-thousand votes.  The game takes place in Chicago on February 16th.
