Jeter, Walker Named To Hall of Fame; Vizquel Most Noteworthy Mariner

(Cooperstown, NY)  -- Two players are going to be immortalized in Cooperstown.  The National Baseball Hall of Fame announced its 2020 class on Tuesday.  The inductees include shortstop Derek Jeter and outfielder Larry Walker.  Shortstop Omar Vizquel received 209 votes, good for 52-point-6 percent of the vote, by far the most for a former Mariner.  Cliff Lee received two votes, Raul Ibanez received one, and Chone Figgins received no votes.
