(Eugene, OR)  --  Joe Moorhead is officially the Ducks' new offensive coordinator.  The former Mississippi State coach went 14-and-12 in Starkville.  He led Penn State's offense as coordinator from 2016-17, leading it to a 21-and-5 record, averaging 39-point-4 points per game.  He replaces Marcus Arroyo, who left to become head coach at UNLV.
