(Mobile, AL)  --  Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert won the Senior Bowl MVP honor, completing nine of 12 passes for 83 yards and a score for the South.  Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan said Herbert will be a really good NFL player after coaching him in Mobile.   Herbert's performance, however, in all likelihood will not sway the Bengals from taking LSU quarterback Joe Burrow first overall in the draft.
