(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers will wrap up their four-game homestand tonight night when they host the Rockets at the Moda Center.  Portland is coming off a 139-129 win over the Pacers on Sunday and has won two-of-three to sit at 20-and-27.  The Blazers hit the road Friday to play the Lakers in Los Angeles.
