(Undated)  --  Business will carry on as usual for the NFL today.  The NFL's league tampering window will open.  Free agency will officially get underway on Wednesday.  The Seattle Seahawks will be able to negotiate with agents before free agency but cannot sign any deals until the new league year and free agency officially begins on Wednesday.
