(Undated)  --  The United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee is recommending that the 2020 Tokyo Games be postponed.  USOPC Chair Susanne Lyons and CEO Sarah Hirshland put out a joint statement Monday evening that the Games should be postponed until they can be conducted under safe and fair conditions.  IOC member Dick Pound then stated early Monday that the Olympics would not start on July 24th and will be postponed, but the IOC refuted that in its own statement.
