(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers Foundation is establishing a COVID-19 Relief Fund.  Both the foundation and players are contributing money.  The move is part of an overall NBA effort to raise 50-million dollars.  So far, more than 35-million dollars have been raised.
