(Tokyo, Japan)  --  The IOC is postponing the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.  The IOC and Japan have determined the Games must be delayed in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The two sides concluded the Games must be played no later than the summer of 2021.
