(Undated)  --  Agent Scott Boras is upset that the deal between MLB and the union could shorten the draft.  ESPN reports commissioner Rob Manfred could potentially reduce the draft from 40 rounds to as little as five.  Boras says it would limit the financial pool for amateurs.
