(Undated) -- The NTSB has determined that the late Hall of Famer and former Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay had amphetamines and was doing acrobatic stunts when he crashed his plane in the Gulf of Mexico in 2017. Halladay reportedly had amphetamine levels that were 10 times therapeutic levels along with morphine and antidepressants. Halladay was inducted into the Hall of Fame this past year.
