(Undated)  --  One former top pick is giving advice to the presumed 2020 top pick.  Former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning gave advice to soon-to-be drafted quarterback Joe Burrow.  Manning told the presumptive pick of the Cincinnati Bengals to learn from the tough moments in a rookie season and that they can help him moving forward.  Burrow gave Manning a call to ask for advice and the NFL legend was more than happy to oblige.
