(East Hartford, CT)  --  One college president isn't optimistic about the return of college athletics in the fall.  UConn president Thomas Katsouleas clarified in a statement that he was speculating about his belief fall sports may not happen when speaking to a journalism class.  He did admit that the conference and NCAA will however take the lead on all matters.
