(Undated)  -- The former commissioner of the XFL is suing its former owner in federal court.  Oliver Luck has sued WWE and XFL magnate Vince McMahon, citing wrongful termination after McMahon's decision to shutter the league after suspending playing because of the coronavirus.  According to court documents, Luck received a letter of termination on April 9th, one day before most of the league's staff was fired and three days before the XFL filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Luck "wholly disputes and rejects the allegations set forth in the Termination Letter and contends they are pretextual and devoid of merit," per the complaint.
