(Arlington, TX)  --  The Rangers' new ballpark could serve as a regional hub once the Major League Baseball season starts.  Texas GM Jon Daniels said on a conference call it's among several ideas being discussed, but it makes a lot of sense.  Arizona and Florida could also be used as regional hubs.
