(New York, NY)  --  The NBA is now delaying its plan to reopen team facilities by one week.  The league was originally going to allow players to return for voluntary workouts this Friday, but that has now been pushed back to May 8th.  Some states are beginning to loosen their stay-at-home restrictions.
