(Phoenix, AZ)  --  State 48 could be among the first to allow pro sports back. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced further re-openings for the state, including the resumption of pro sports without fans beginning on Saturday.  The news could make the state of Arizona, which already houses Cactus League play, a viable option for hosting pro sports should they resume in the near future.
