(Undated)  --  MLB commissioner Rob Manfred talked with CNN about potentially re-opening the league.  Manfred said that testing frequency is one of the key's to beginning the season and that a positive test wouldn't necessarily necessitate shutting a team down.  The commissioner says the league plans to discuss more in-depth safety protocols with the player's association in the coming days.
